For her project, Ava looked at the process for training requests received in HR. As she Defined, Measured, and used 5 Why’s to Analyze the situation, she noticed that 20% of the time the training that was developed needed to be redone after reviewing it with the requestor because the information included was not correct or did not reflect what the requestor wanted. What a great place to start looking for ways to make this process more efficient and user-friendly!
