For his project, Jeremy looked into how police officers register for training classes. As he Defined, Measured, and Analyzed the issue using a Fishbone Diagram, he noticed there was a lack of efficiency in the current methodogy and utilization of software to register for training. What a great opportunity to explore additional improvements that could enhance efficiency for everyone involved!
