Bayland Park is a beautiful waterfront park located at 2641 TX-146BUS, just North of the Bayland Marina and the Hyatt Regency Baytown Hotel. Home to the Buddy McBride Public boat ramps and kayak launch, fishing is popular along Bayland Island with several places to cast a line on both ends of the park. For visitors who prefer enjoying the water views from dry land, this park offers picnic area and covered pavilions, plenty of open green space, and a hilltop gazebo overlooking Tabbs Bay. Bayland park marks the southern end of Goose Creek Trail. This paved trail connects to several other parks throughout Baytown as well as traversing through residential, commercial, and forested areas.
