  • Envisio Performance Dashboard: Council will receive a presentation on Baytown’s new Envisio Performance Dashboard, an online tool designed to enhance transparency by tracking city service goals and outcomes in real time.

Why It Matters: Envisio is a key component of Baytown’s Transparency Framework, allowing residents and leaders to easily monitor performance metrics, strategic goals, and departmental initiatives across the city.

  • Unified Land Development Code (ULDC) Discussion: Staff will discuss several proposed amendments to the ULDC, including adjustments to garage offset requirements, short-term rental regulations, and legislative and housekeeping updates.

Why It Matters: The proposed changes aim to balance aesthetic design, walkability, and safety in residential areas while aligning local regulations with current state law and community development trends.

  • Municipal Court Judge Position: Council will discuss the Municipal Court Judge position, including potential appointment options.

Why It Matters: Following the retirement of Baytown’s judge, the City’s next municipal court judge will preside over cases involving violations of city ordinances and certain laws within the City’s jurisdiction.
