Thank You, Judge Escalante, for 28 Years of Service
The City of Baytown has been privileged to have Judge Julie Escalante serving our municipal court for 28 years. Now, we celebrate her as she steps into the next chapter: retirement.
Judge Escalante said, “It has been the honor of a lifetime to serve as your municipal court judge. I am proud of the work we have done and grateful for the invaluable opportunities, support, and friendships. Working here has been much more of a passion than a job.”
Under her leadership, the court has flourished, achieving excellence in functionality, competence, technological advancement, and community outreach. She leaves behind a legacy defined by judicial fairness, compassion, and unwavering adherence to the rule of law.
Today, the Baytown Municipal Court is recognized statewide for its innovative outreach, educational programs, and professional expertise. This is a testament to her vision and dedication.
