In response to the damage and cleanup efforts after Hurricane Beryl, Utility Services is waiving late fees and delinquent fees for the July billing cycle. Customers who have experienced water leaks can request a leak adjustment based on eligibility. Leak adjustment requests can be emailed to UBservice@baytown.org or requested in person at Utility Services, located at 315 W. Texas Avenue, Baytown, TX 77520. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
