Congratulations to Mayra Torres from Planning & Development for completing her Green Belt!
For her project, Mayra looked into how time consuming it was for the department to order apparel. As she Defined, Measured, and Analyzed the issue using a Fishbone Diagram, she noticed that using a physical catalog caused problems with efficiency, especially with people that don’t work in an office environment. What a great opportunity to explore additional improvements that could reduce this research time and enhance efficiency for everyone!
