[ARCHIVED] New Utility Billing Offices Set To Open

UB Services Opening

Out with the old and in with the new. The City of Baytown is excited to be opening its new Utility Billing building along historic Texas Avenue. The new building will officially open its doors to the public on Monday, July 17. That means you will need to visit the building for all of your utility billing needs instead of visiting the facilities at 2505 Market Street.

Once the location of Citizens Bank, construction on the new Utility Billing building began in early 2022 and actually finished three months earlier than expected. However, the old bank is not being forgotten. You will still find a few relics from the bank inside the building. There are also markers along the pavement in front of the building that honor the bank.

So, stop by our new building for all of your utility billing needs and for any questions regarding your bill, call 281-420-6515.

*Special note: The last night to use the night drop at 2505 Market Street (old location) is Friday, July 14.
