The City of Baytown, along with the help of the United Way, will be conducting a post-disaster survey along Bayway Drive and other areas impacted by the recent tornado.
This Saturday, from 9am-12pm, volunteers from the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) and United Way will be going door-to-door, collecting information about the recovery and any unmet needs residents might have as part of the disaster relief efforts.
CERT and United Way volunteers will be identified with bright yellow or green vests. Baytown Police will also increase patrols in the area during the surveys.
Volunteers can still sign up to help in the survey process. To register, click the link here.
