Happy Birthday Baytown! It was on this date in 1948 when the communities of Goose Creek, Pelly, and East Baytown officially joined to become one community. To recognize Baytown’s 75th anniversary, Mayor Brandon Capetillo has signed a proclamation honoring the entire year and encouraging everyone to participate in the celebration.
