Case Synopsis: A citizen contacted the Baytown Police to advised he found a black back pack near his front yard, and in the back pack he saw there were narcotics along with a handgun inside. This Officer took possession of the backpack / narcotics and also located several ID type cards and a birth certificate with a subjects name. Subsequently the Harris County DAs Office took charges on the subject listed on the birth certificate.
