Background
The applicant is requesting a Special Use Permit for an amendment to an approved SUP for warehouse development in the GC zoning district which was approved by the City Council on September 14, 2023. Due to increased project costs and additional market analysis the applicant has requested an amendment to the approved SUP. The proposed amendment is for a similar nine building warehouse development, increasing the total size to approximately 443,800 square feet.
