For her project, Tabitha looked at the operating costs for the Green Center. As she Defined, Measured, and used a Fishbone Diagram to Analyze the situation, she noticed the costs associated with paying for the bins to be hauled away by Waste Management…especially the additional costs for extra hauls based on the amount of trash being brought to the Green Center. What a great place to start looking ways to better utilize our employee’s skills and save money, not to mention make this great resource more useful and efficient for our customers!
