For his project, James worked with Fire/EMS staff, HR and Aquatics to standardize and implement Red Cross First Aid/CPR training City-wide. This life saving training will now be offered on a regular basis to all City of Baytown employees, equipping us to provide basic aid in the critical first minutes of an injury or cardiac event.
