Officer Christopher Calhoun received the Outstanding Service Award for his work in DWI enforcement and prevention, with 52 DWI arrests while maintaining a full patrol schedule. He is a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) and additionally serves as a DRE Instructor, one of only about 60 statewide, helping train officers across Texas.
