Requested Action

The applicant is requesting a Special Use Permit (SUP) to allow for the reconstruction of a non-conforming use in a Mixed Residential (MR) Zoning District. With the exception of the existing women’s dormitory, the applicant proposes to demolish the existing structures on both properties and construct new facilities to support and enhance the ongoing homeless shelter operations.
