The applicant is requesting that the subject property be annexed into the City of Baytown. A single-family residential development comprised of the subject property and an adjacent property, owned by the Pulte Group Houston, is the ultimate objective. Annexation of the approximately 19.86-acre property will allow the Pulte Group Houston to streamline the platting, rezoning, and development processes according to the standards administered by the City of Baytown.
