What is the Baytown Police Strategic Plan?
The Baytown Police Strategic Planning Committee will work toward the goal of elevating trust and mutual respect between our Baytown citizens and the Baytown Police Department. It is the most fundamental guide for our community’s future that sets a direction for the Baytown Police Department based on the needs expressed by community members. It is a 5-year community-based strategic plan to memorialize the vision, directives, initiatives, and strategies of the Baytown Police to bring together residents, community leaders, neighborhoods, businesses, city council, and other stakeholders.
