Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a great alternative to traditional yoga. Gain the benefits of yoga including increased flexibility, stronger muscles, more energy, and more while using a chair for more stability and gentle form. 

Senior Cardio & Strength Training

Date: Thursdays
Time: 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Come out for an age-friendly workout! These exercises help increase energy levels and have great health benefits. 

Line Dance

Date: Fridays
Time: 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Learn and practice line dances new and old. Show off your moves and meet new friends!

Country Western Dance

Date: Fridays
Time: 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Grab your boots and get ready to dance! Whether you are looking to learn new moves, practice with your dance partner, or just enjoy great music, everyone is welcome!
