1) Bay River Colony Section Two Final Plat, being a partial replat of Tract A of Bay River Colony Section 3, a 8.4890-acre subdivision, located south of East Wallisville Road approximately 850 feet east of John Martin Road in Harris County, TX.,
2) Bay River Colony Section Seven Final Plat, being a partial replat of Tract A of Bay River Colony Section 3, a 6.6454-acre subdivision, located south of East Wallisville Road approximately 1,700 feet east of John Martin Road in Harris County, TX.,
3) Bay River Colony Section Eight Preliminary Plat, being a partial replat of Tract A of Bay River Colony Section 3, a 9.580-acre subdivision, located south of East Wallisville Road approximately 1,700 feet east of John Martin Road in Harris County, TX., and
