The Friends of Sterling Municipal Library will host Texas Author Stephen Harrigan as the guest speaker at this year’s An Evening with the Author, Tuesday, April 30, at 7 pm in the Library’s Wilhite Meeting Room. Sterling Municipal Library is located at 1 Mary Elizabeth Wilbanks Ave. Tickets for the event are $3 for adults and $1 for students. The price includes pie and coffee, which is served at the conclusion of the program.
