Residents utilizing the City's Green Center (1601 West Main) - a recycling and solid waste facility that accepts household debris, recyclable materials and yard waste, will notice a change when entering the facility beginning April 1. Customers will still enter the Green Center from West Main; however the new entrance will be at the westbound entrance of the Perry Simmons Bridge.
