Applying For New Service
To establish new water/sewer service you must submit an Application for Service, Water/Sewer Deposit Contract Form, proof of property ownership or lease agreement, a valid driver’s license and deposit. The following documents can be used as proof of ownership:

*** All documents must be executed properly with seller/buyer signatures.

If property owners do not have the proper documentation, water/sewer service can be obtained, but it will be processed at the higher deposit of $200.
