Utility Payment
The Baytown Police Crime Prevention Unit offers a child ID program for individuals and group programs in the city of Baytown. The photo ID cards are dual sided and color, and assist in locating children but are not official state identification. With the new system, approximately twenty children can be processed in an hour.
